Biography:
Jacqueline is an International Arbitration Partner with a particular focus in commercial and investment arbitration for clients in Latin America. She has worked on both, investor-state and commercial arbitrations in sectors such as plant construction, metallurgy, transportation, etc. under a variety of institutional or ad-hoc rules.
She received her legal education mainly in Germany but obtained additional legal education in Spain and is today admitted as an attorney-at-law in Germany and Spain.
In addition to her legal practice, Jacqueline is a very active president of the German and Austrian chapter of the Club Español del Arbitraje (CEA). She currently lives in Barcelona.
